Fdoge ($FDOGE): the algorithmic stablecoin with price pegged to 1 $FTM
Fdoge Shares ($SDOGE): which holders can claim FDOGE reward emission when the network expands
Fdoge Bonds ($BDOGE): which can be purchased at 1:1 rate when the network is in contraction and can be redeemed with premium for FDOGE the network returns to its inflationary state, above the price of 1 $FTM.
- 1.Unlike previous algorithmic tokens, $FDOGE is not pegged to a stable coin— it is instead pegged to $FTM. Why is this?
- The reason behind this is that FDoge Finance believes in the growth of Fantom, while still arguing that FTM has a limited supply even though its emission is only increasing, possibly leading to a lack of FTM supply to be freely traded and used.
- Hence, FDoge Finance created a mirrored and liquid asset to FTM, which is interchangeable with FTM. An alternative to FTM will create more use cases within the ecosystem, such as participating in FTMpad - a launchpad on Fantom, while still remaining the number of FTM available for staking.
